David Freedman

David was admitted to the law profession in 1987. He specialises in property and landlord & tenant law, as well as company commercial and corporate matters.

David also heads our commercial bridging department, acting for leading companies in this field. With David’s expertise, Aubrey David won Best Legal Bridging Partner at the Bridging & Commercial Awards in 2010.

Admitted in 1977, having qualified with a leading West End firm, Malcolm’s prime area of practice is in real estate law, both commercial and residential, with a particular expertise in residential care homes.

Malcolm joined Aubrey David as a partner in 2008, having practised as Adler & Co for 20 years. He takes a practical and common-sense approach to all matters he handles.

Glen heads our residential and private client departments, reflecting his areas of specialist expertise. Glen has worked with David since 1982, initially heading up the accounts department. He qualified as a legal executive through sponsored study in 1996 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1998, having won the Law Society top graduate prize in his year. Glen and David have been partners in Aubrey David since 2001.

Hamida is our most recent partnership addition in May 2011. Hamida was admittd in 2001 and joined Aubrey David as an assistant solicitor in 2008. She specialises in commercial property with particular emphasis on retail Hamida is a fluent Urdu speaker.
